Lucid Dream is an exploration of that time in space when we are not sure if we are asleep or awake.

A semi-meditative state during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During lucid dreaming, the dreamer may be able to have some control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment.

Can a perfume take you there? We think that only Ex Idolo with their ability to create nuance and tonality in scent will bring you into that nether state we all.....dream of.

Fleurer la rose

I feel that roses gets a bad reputation as a perfume. Quality ingredients and a skilled hand are required to pull off this captivating scent. Going in, I knew Lucid Dream was constructed around the rose, so I approached with caution.

Right away, I think that this perfume would be right at home in SL's offering (a great start!). The rose feels like it will stay strong, but quickly settles into a beautiful sweet rose that meshes into osmanthus flowers. The flowers are surrounded in a thin veil of incense and patchouly, which moves the needle into unisex fragrance territory (I feel it leans more feminine). Not my style, yet I feel great wearing it and I never get tired of this beautiful floral-oriental. It is not groundbreaking, but it is top quality and very well blended. Projection is medium to strong, longevity seems very good (I sometimes get anosmia with flowers and incense). I won't buy a full bottle, but I really did enjoy this perfume. Try it for yourself, I was very pleasantly surprised.
