Positano’s Hotel Le Sirenuse was by definition the place where la dolce vita was to be found on Italy's Amalfi Coast. For its 60th anniversary the hotel created an Eau de Parfum inspired by the glamorous women who stayed with them at the time. Think Grace Kelly or Liz Taylor on a cool summer morning, head tied in a printed silk scarf, large dark sunglasses, boarding a wooden Riva speedboat headed to Capri, Un Bateau pour Capri.

I don;t know how Eau d'Italie managed to bottle the scent of a day, but they have. I can smell the lake, the wind in the trees - it's all there. Very enjoyable and long lasting scent, true to its name.
